These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and WinPak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WinPak website located at winpak.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and any other interactive gaming products offered through the Platform.

WinPak is an English-language online betting and casino platform built for Pakistani players. The Platform offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including PSL and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other international sporting events, alongside a full suite of casino products.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to open and operate a WinPak Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee of WinPak or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by WinPak for violation of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to this Platform.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes. WinPak reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any wager placed through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify WinPak support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

WinPak is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your withdrawal being withheld until documentation is received and approved.

Your use of the Platform is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that you will at all times use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You acknowledge that betting and gaming involve financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount of any wager placed. WinPak does not guarantee any return on bets placed. You agree to only wager funds that you can afford to lose, and you accept that the outcomes of all betting markets are subject to chance.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. WinPak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. WinPak will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

6.1 Deposit Methods

WinPak supports PKR-denominated deposits through a range of payment references familiar to Pakistani users. These may include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, as well as bank transfers through providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific deposit methods is subject to change; please check the Platform cashier for currently active options. Payment provider names are contextual references only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support for gambling services by those providers.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. Deposits that fall below the stated minimum may be declined or held pending review.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's cashier help section. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

You must only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and which you are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for use on the Platform, is strictly prohibited.

WinPak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions or other incentives to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance within your Account and must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.

WinPak reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any legal obligations to honour commitments already made to Users. Any User found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their Account suspended and bonus winnings forfeited.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. These rules govern settlement, cancellation, void conditions and payout calculations. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable betting rules before placing any wager.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. WinPak reserves the right to restrict bet sizes, decline individual wagers or impose staking limits on individual markets or accounts, at its sole discretion. Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event; these limits are displayed within the relevant market.

8.1 Cricket & PSL Markets

Cricket is a flagship product category on WinPak. Markets covering PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral international series are governed by cricket-specific settlement rules. In-play cricket markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing during key match events. All cricket bets are settled on official match results as published by the relevant governing body.

8.2 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled after betting markets have opened, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In the absence of specific rules, bets placed on events that do not complete within a stated timeframe (typically 48 to 72 hours of the original scheduled start) will be voided and stakes returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or in response to a KYC request.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, technical faults or pricing mistakes in markets — commonly referred to as "palpable errors" — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonuses, or any form of coordinated bet placement intended to circumvent Platform limits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financially motivated criminal activity through the Platform.
• Allowing or assisting any person who is under 18 (or the applicable higher minimum age) to access or use your Account.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, unless you have confirmed with independent legal advice that such use is lawful.

WinPak is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Account holders have access to the following responsible gambling tools, which can be activated at any time through Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit thresholds.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net losses permitted over a given time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single betting session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your Account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting support.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software and data compilations, is the property of WinPak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of WinPak.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without WinPak's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WinPak, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

WinPak shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) reliance on information published on the Platform; (b) errors, interruptions or delays in Platform operation; (c) unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials; (d) losses arising from bets that were placed and settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable betting rules; or (e) any decision made by you based on content accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit WinPak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

WinPak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, WinPak may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any Account balance, pending withdrawals or bonus credits associated with the Account. Where termination is for reasons other than breach — such as a voluntary closure request from the User — any verified balance will be returned following standard KYC procedures.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WinPak holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents WinPak from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local courts may also assert jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform and should seek independent legal advice where necessary.

WinPak reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
